"lost data" is only a temporary problem.
R&R Data Managed Services' in-house experts, equipment and over
£1,000,000 of spares covering every firmware revision, ensure a
comprehensive and effective response.
R&R Data Managed Services' experts understand the stress associated with
the loss of data. Call us to receive immediate assistance in evaluating
your unique situation and deciding on the best course of action to take.
R&R Data Managed Services is a significant provider of Data Recovery
Services to many third party service providers and companies in the
market place. The in-house expertise in hard disk, tape media and
devices coupled with our resources, machinery, specialist labs and
indeed spares have allowed R&R to react to the demands of end users
resulting in the new Data Managed Services portfolio.
Let DMS relieve you of the panic and stress by following the three
easy steps to data recovery below.
Step 1: Call our advisors or complete our
data recovery evaluation form. The information you provide will
allow our advisors to choose the appropriate course or action.
Step 2: If the problem cannot be resolved online or by phone,
please print and complete our
data recovery shipping form and despatch the faulty unit to the
address details shown on the form.
We will provide you with written analysis confirming the actual
percentage of data we can recover from the device, or if advised by you,
confirm specific file names, with total time required and a fixed price.
At this point authorisation must be received from you before we commence
with the Data Recovery.
Step 3: Once authorisation has been received the Data Recovery
process will commence. All data advised within the analysis report will
be returned on a media format pre-agreed by you.

HARD DISK RECOVERY
A hard disk drive in its
most simple form is an electro mechanical device. With the continual
demand for multi function use, desktop, RAID, laptop, and
ever-increasing storage capacity, occasional failure or crashes are
unavoidable.
Our experts understand the consequences lost data can have on your
business and are there to provide immediate assistance to minimise down
time and any potential embarrassment that could affect you, your staff
and your customers.
Our extensive knowledge and continual investment into the latest
equipment and software has helped International Banks, Government
organisations and many Blue Chip companies overcome potentially
embarrassing situations that could have affected their market image, and
share price if made public. Of course, our code of professionalism does
not allow us to divulge the identity of these companies, however, don't
just take our word for it, read testimonials from our "other" satisfied
customers.
If you believe your hard drive has failed but you are unsure if Data
Recovery is required, you can contact our call centre on +44 (0)845 257
8181 where our experienced advisors will be able to assist.
Alternatively complete
our
on line data recovery evaluation form and our advisors will
contact you by return e-mail or by phone.
We can recover your data in the event of the following issues and many
more.

RAID RECOVERY
RAID stands for Redundant Array of Intelligent/ Inexpensive Disks. A
RAID system will consist of two or more disks working in parallel and
offer increased speed, reliability and security.
Whilst most RAID systems are designed to be fault tolerant, this doesn't
make them faultless, and a RAID will sometimes fail beyond the point of
recovery by conventional methods. However, our experience over the years
has shown that it is not usually a technical or design fault that will
cause failure, due to their complexity it is simple human error.
Data Recovery is performed using teams of technicians specialising in
hardware electronics and software, as often the root cause of failure is
a combination of the two.
R&R Data Managed
Services' technicians have extensive experience with RAID array, SAN, NAS or
any other server system your company may be using, covering all
manufacturers. Generally it is only the individual storage device that
is required to complete a recovery, and not the whole system.
Upon receipt at our Data Recovery Centre our hardware technicians will
create a replica copy of your device on our network, this is known as a
"safe" or "image" copy. This allows our software technicians to assess
the RAID or array images, its configuration, and from there assess the
extent of damage without causing further stress to the original drive.
Once our technicians have made a diagnosis, we will provide you with
written analysis confirming recoverable information, total time required
and a fixed price. At this point authorisation must be received from you
before we commence with the Recovery.
Upon receipt of your authorisation the Data Recovery process will
commence. All data advised within the analysis report will be returned
on a media format pre-agreed with you.

TAPE RECOVERY
Tape drives are an effective and low cost solution for storing high
capacity data.
R&R Data Managed
Services' technicians have successfully recovered data from all types of media
ranging from DATs, DLTs, LTO, AIT and more.
The most common problems of inaccessibility of data stem from damaged
tapes, media error, accidental erasure or overwrite, corrupted files due
to fire or water damage, failed restore or the tape appears to be blank.
Regardless of model, age, format or originating problem, DMS have the
skills to successfully recover your data through in-house developed
software, highly trained and experienced engineers and investment in the
latest hardware.
