The new SIA Close Protection Training course by CTR Services Ltd for the SIA Close Protection License for working in the UK.

CTR Services has developed a course that is recognised by the SIA and Buckinghamshire Chiltern University College gaining the UK Close Protection License and 20 credits of the Protective Security Management Foundation Degree.

With the increase in terrorism and effect of terrorism on business etc, the need for greater security is paramount. The security industry has grown immensely meaning contracts that would have normally been dealt with on a government level are now open to privatisation, for example Iraq. There are many companies such as Controlled Risks Group, Armour Group, and Olive, to name just a few, now operating in Iraq.

Work Experience

CTR Services is a unique training provider in that due to the operational arm of the company having dedicated contracts on some of the courses they provide the ability to allow students to participate on work experience is available.

Not only is the student academically trained but also he has the experience to back those knowledge based skills up, which all develops the personal portfolios.

Recruitment

CTR Services Ltd has a number of positions available, however it is their experience that individuals that send their CV’s to companies unannounced do not even get opened. If you have been trained by another company and wish to become a contractor to CTR services Ltd, you may enquire to join our recruitment days, which includes:

• Work within Licensed security presentation.

• CTR H&S training program.

• CTR operations and procedures presentation

• CTR employment exam 90mins

• CTR Log book and portfolio creation

The whole day is conducted within our 3 operational offices in Norwich - Norfolk, Cardiff Bay – Wales, London. Refreshments and a buffet lunch will be provided and cost for the day is Ł200.
