IT Disposals Ltd are specialists in the secure disposal of redundant IT
equipment - Computer Disposal - Computer Recycling and Data Destruction.
With over 14 years of refurbishing, reselling and recycling every type
of IT equipment we ensure that your redundant computer equipment is
processed to the highest standards. As one of the UK's largest processor
of redundant computer equipment we can guarantee you will meet your
legal obligations and achieve the maximum return for your redundant
computer equipment.
Secure IT Disposals Ltd are the only computer recycling company in the
UK that has had their processes and procedures approved by the British
Standard Institute to the ISO 17799, Information Security Management
System standard. We are also ISO 9001 and ISo 14001 accredited and have
achieved 'Investors in People' status.

The security of your data is our primary concerns. Every single piece of
data that comes into our warehouse is destroyed, whether it be on hard
disks or floppy disks, CDs or video tapes. We even ensure that any paper
records are either returned or destroyed.
We do this, not to our
standards, but to the standards defined by the Security Equipment
assessment Panel (SEAP), a Cabinet Office organisation. SEAP set the
standards for the government and the MoD.
This
is done using only SEAP approved data erasing software, a SEAP/NATO
approved degausser or by physical shredding to SEAP standards. Being
ISO17799 certified every stage of the process is auditable. Full and
very detailed audit reports are available free of charge for any
equipment processed.
