The Halmatic Cougar Alliance has been formed to develop, manufacture and market the Cougar range of commercial and military powerboats.

Cougar are one of the most famous and successful names in the international powerboat industry and are designers of the legendary Cougar offshore powerboat range that has been at the forefront of powerboat racing for the last three decades.

All the craft are well proven in service with leading government authorities worldwide, including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South America.

Cat 900

A high speed asymmetrical narrow tunnel catamaran coastal patrol craft capable of speeds in excess of 50 knots. Proven in service with nine government authorities.

This versatile craft is suitable for a variety of uses and can be configured to suit individual requirements.

Proven roles include:
High speed coastal and estuary patrol craft.
High speed rapid transport craft.
High speed search and rescue craft.
Rapid response harbour fire craft.

Enforcer 33

A high speed general purpose monohull patrol craft with operational speeds in excess of 60 knots.

Available with twin inboard diesel installations or twin / triple outboard installations.

The Enforcer 33 is proven in service with a Middle Eastern Coastguard Authority.

Enforcer 40

The Enforcer 40 is a high performance deep "V" hull form with twin diesel engines coupled to surface drives, resulting in a highly manoeuvrable patrol boat capable of speeds in excess of 60 knots.

Accommodation typically consists of an open or enclosed cockpit with various seating layouts and a forward cabin with four berths, a WC compartment and galley.

Both the cabin and cockpit (enclosed version can be air-conditioned.

Each side of the cockpit can be strengthened to accept a variety of weapons up to 0.5 calibre.

Two leading overseas coastguard agencies operate fleets of Enforcer 40 craft that have proven highly suitable for coastal law enforcement duties.

Enforcer 46

The powerful Enforcer 46 is a modern special operations craft developed from the successful Cougar US1 raceboat.

This craft features a deep "V" hull shape with outstanding seakeeping capabilities that provides maximum performance in all but the most severe weather conditions.

Available with twin or triple marine diesel engines and surface drives the Enforcer 46 offers top speeds in excess of 60 knots.

Various layout options are available . Typically the cockpit provides seating for four crew and eight passengers.

The forward cabin contains accommodation for the crew with a WC compartment and galley area. Both open and enclosed cockpit options are available and the accommodation area and cockpit can be air-conditioned to provide increased operator comfort.


The Enforcer 46 is an air portable craft and has been successfully proven in service with the UK Ministry of Defence.
