CLEANROOM PARTITIONING
SYSTEMS
X90 Partitioning System
 The
Welconstruct X90 bi-panel partitioning system provides great flexibility
throughout construction and during maintenance. Panels are demountable
allowing them to be removed, reconfigured and replaced without affecting
adjacent panels. Essential maintenance work can be carried out from
outside the cleanroom preventing interference with working processes.
Each steel panel is pre-bonded with a sterilin vinyl finish and has a
plasterboard lining reducing installation time, construction costs and
time on site. Panels can be provided with a polyester powder coating if
required.
The system has extruded head and base sections allowing curved or flat
covings to provide a flush interface.
The design of the central steel stud allows the void depth to be
increased to 600mm. This enables the void to carry mechanical and
electrical services, such as air ducts, gas and water pipework and power
and data cabling.
Factory double or triple glazed window units provide a flush joint
between panel and glass eliminating horizontal surfaces that trap
contaminants.
The system offers a choice of steel, glass or GRP doors, which can be
interlocked to maintain maximum cleanroom integrity as personnel and
materials, enter and exit the cleanroom.
A wide variety of accessories including pass-throughs, step-over benches
and air showers can also be provided to suit your individual
requirements.
All partitioning systems are designed and built to our own exacting
standards and are in compliance with CDM and industry regulations. Our
cleanrooms are designed in accordance with ISO 14644-1 and Federal
Standard 209E and meet "Good Manufacturing Practice"
guidelines.
M64 Partitioning System
The Welco M64 modular partitioning system provides a high grade
cleanroom system at an economic price. Panels are factory-assembled in
standard widths of 1200mm for quick and easy on-site assembly. The
modular construction allows for modifications or relocation should the
need arise.
 Panels
are finished with a polyester powder coating.
The system has pre-formed junction modules, minimising the number of
line joints, providing a hygienic, easy to clean surface.

CLIMATE CONTROL
SYSTEMS
To control the temperature and humidity
in your cleanroom or controlled environment, we utilise a wide range of
climate control systems.
We design, specify and install
purpose-designed close control units with high static centrifugal fans
to provide constant air volumes via the HEPA filters. The air handling
units can either be floor-standing or mounted horizontally on a steel
structure above the room, whichever suits your particular requirements.
For less stringent applications in
non-classified environments, we can draw on a wide range of air
conditioning and ventilation equipment solutions.
