In office areas, heat pump ceiling cassette systems provide year-round control and, for larger office areas, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) technology will provide flexible and independent control of different areas at the lowest operating cost.

Products incorporated in the climate control solution include wall or ceiling mounted air conditioning units. These may be specified as one or four way blow in-ceiling mounted or cassette units, ceiling suspended or concealed ducted air conditioning units. All our climate control systems are installed with high quality and integrated control panels.

For close-control applications, such as server rooms, network centres or cleanrooms, where regulation of humidity and temperature levels are paramount, we can provide wall-mounted, floor-standing or external horizontally-mounted units.

Air conditioning systems work by transferring heat from inside your premises to outside enabling you to control your workspace temperature and air quality. An additional advantage of air conditioning and climate control in your office areas is that relative humidity is lower because cooler air cannot hold as much moisture.

Climate control systems installed by Welconstruct Customer Solutions provide a comfortable working environment throughout the year at a temperature that can be controlled on a zone by zone basis. In addition allergies caused by mites, smoke particles and odours are removed by anti-fungicidal filters enabling your employees to be more productive and healthy.
