(4) DGCS relates to a modular system of mobile, deployable and fixed assets that are designed to task, receive, process, exploit all source intelligence from national and alliance collection assets.

As well as his responsibilities within Air Command, the C-in-C Personnel also acts as the Air Member for Personnel on the Air Force Board with a direct reporting line to the Chief of the Air Staff on personnel strategy, policy and standards.

The overall personnel strength at RAF High Wycombe is believed to be in the region of 2,150 (1,400 service and 750 civilian).
