Phi @ Falmouth Ltd, working closely with SCIF Solutions Inc, USA, is now designing, developing and manufacturing high quality, innovative second generation modular EMI/RFI Screened Rooms, which in the US are more commonly referred to as SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities). Designed to stand alone and fit retrospectively into existing buildings, containers or trailers these rooms provide secure areas for highly confidential information to be shared and discussed.

Today's security concerns have created a serious need for mobile modular and easily deployable shielded and soundproofed rooms that can be fitted in the back of moving vehicles and other temporary or permanent locations.

Our de-mountable turnkey mobile and modular structures can be deployed in a fraction of the time taken for a traditional built structure and can be assembled and reassembled as required. They can also be installed permanently as stand-alone or in retrofit situations. They can be supplied with air conditioning and ventilation, lighting and power. Computer and telephone connections can also be fitted as required.

Our screened rooms meet all US government requirements for specialised sensitive solutions and are designed to exceed DCID 6/9.

Security:

Components containing multiple layers of metal and insulating materials are light enough to be portable, lock together to be impenetrable and are guarded by our patent-pending SCIF door and LKM7000 lock.

Screening:

Our multi-layered construction is TEMPEST compliant, blocking EMI and RFI emanations to provide a high level of shielding.

Sound Attenuation:

Embedded sound masking and acoustical controls achieve a high level of sound attenuation with a rating of STC 45.

The Structure of EMI/RFI Screened Rooms

The walls, floor and ceiling of our rooms are constructed from composite layers of sound proofing insulation and metallic materials, sandwiched to produce panels edged with extruded aluminium. They are designed to be placed on tracks on a floor within a room or other open indoor space. 



Using standard panel sizes of 600 mm width, our units can be manufactured to any size required. The component parts are delivered and assembled on your site, to your requirements. Constructed with individual screening panels and an extruded aluminium frame, the structure can be packed flat for relocation as required.

The high security, normally inward opening door will be furnished with a LKM7000lock, concealed pivot hinges and door closure. Knife edges and finger strips maintain the screening integrity. All lighting and power outlets are also included.

Mobile container solutions are also available and consist of a customised vehicle converted into a screened room to your specific requirements.
