Effectively split into two divisions - EMI/RFI filter design & manufacture and pre-compliance, evaluation, testing and consultancy. EMC Solution are your ideal partner to ensure that your products and systems can be safely deployed within the military marketplace Designers and manufactures of a wide range of filtration products from 1A to 3000A, in standard, bespoke or custom formats to suit the industrial, commercial, military and aerospace market place. These include inductors, chokes, data, low pass, IEC inlet filters, chassis mount filters, variable speed drive filters through to high performance powerline filters (TEMPEST). To complement the manufacturing division, our comprehensive pre-compliance consultancy, evaluation and testing service has been developed to help designers, manufacturers and distributors, comply with the relevant international EMC, Def-Stan, Mil Stan and DO160 performance standards. With over 40 years experience in EMC and RFI solutions, our engineers are able to offer a custom tailored, interactive service where guidance on design and component selection is available at all stages. EMC Solutions is heavily involved with military projects and the Aerospace Industry. Due to the complexities and rigorous standards that these market sectors demand, EMC Solutions is ideally suited to working with and developing partnerships with companies involved within these particular areas. Typical work within these environments allows us to work on projects from their initial conception, through to maturity, thus allowing EMC issues to be looked at and dealt with from the very outset of a project. EMC Solutions can offer a full range of services covering this type of work. This includes design and development work, consultancy, pre-compliance testing and evaluation through to full compliance testing (carried out in conjunction with a NAMAS accredited test facility) as well as the formation of technical construction files. For military projects this is normally carried out with QinetiQ at Farnborough (formally DERA), with whom we are now classed as research and design partners. |
