RETURNABLE TRANSPORT BOX

Clip-Lok patented collapsible reusable transport boxes are easy to assemble. The strength and flexibility of the boxes ensure your items to be transported safely through the supply chain. The original, patented returnable Clip-Lok transport box consists of plywood panels held together with our original, detachable spring steel clips.
 

The collapsed box is easily assembled without the use of tools, and once assembled, the box is strong enough to be stacked up to 10 high as long as the total weight is no more than 15 tonnes. The reusable box can be flat-packed after use and will then take up close to 80% less space, thus minimising return costs.

2P REUSABLE BOX

To serve the high frequency of use and speed of turnaround in demanding industries, Clip-Lok developed the collapsible returnable 2 piece box - the 2P Box.

 

The 2P box has only two loose parts: the lid and base. The sides can be detached if required. The panels are hinged to ensure rapid folding and assembly. The original steel spring clips are secured in their individual positions. As with the original patented Clip-Lok reusable transport box, all components of a collapsed returnable Clip-Lok 2P box are contained in one unit. The customised dunnage is designed to fold into the internal void.

EXPENDABLE BOX

When it is not practical or cost efficient to use a returnable system, Clip-Lok has designed the expendable box specifically for one-way projects.

The expendable box comes in any size. As with our reusable boxes dunnage can be special designed. The expendable boxes are based on the reusable model and made to measure to meet your needs.

However, they do not have the strength and durability required of our returnable version. All components can be recycled and, to save costs, the clips can be returned for reuse.

When international disasters occur we are often challenged by logistic problems. The challenges are not only in regard to transport of requirements to the areas but also in building up camps and sanitary conditions. Clip-lok boxes can be used for packing requirements, and turned into storage for camps at a moment's notice.

Combined transport box and latrine shelter - The Dual Purpose Box.
In camps, sanitary requirements are often sub-standard or nonexistent as temporary chemical toilets are expensive, require maintenance and need a lot of space to transport. However, without good lavatory hygiene a camp can quickly develop health problems and spread disease. In cooperation with The Swedish Rescue Agency (MSB), Clip-Lok has developed a combined transport box and latrine shelter which has resulted in The Dual Purpose Box.

During field trials and exercises, the box was approved with excellent results. Based on these results, the Swedish Rescue Agency has chosen to incorporate the use of the box in their future operations.

The Clip-Lok Dual Purpose Latrine Box, which functions as both a transport box and a latrine/toilet. The Dual Purpose Box is designed to be used for shipping emergency supplies to the disaster area, and it can then be quickly and easily converted into a latrine, immediately reducing the risk of disease and ensuring better hygiene conditions.

To fulfil your demands the box can be adapted to solutions according to your requirements. As a standard Clip-Lok delivers The Dual Purpose Latrine Box with toilet configurations such as chairs, dry closets or platforms. To ensure easily disinfection, the base is film coated and has a pre-cut hole. If requested, also the sides can be delivered with film coating. The box offers privacy and can be locked from the inside.
