Both companies also offer a range of standard components and assemblies to upgrade your older systems or for use in new systems. A design service is available for special projects.

Hydrovision is better known for hydraulic work class ROVs and their world beating Curvetech range of hydraulic propulsion products. This company also provides Curvetech PC 104 based control systems for a wide variety of robotic applications including ROVs. Their electric powered ROVs are the portable Hyball and Offshore systems. Hydrovision is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Seaeye is considered by many to be the bench mark for professional electric powered ROVs and electric propulsion systems. Their clients include many of the major ROV contractors operating in the offshore oil and gas industry. This centre of excellence is based in Fareham in the south of England.
