PERRY SLINGSBY SYSTEMS

Perry Slingsby Systems is the new name of the combined businesses of Perry Tritech and Slingsby Engineering. The new operation was formed on May 30, 2000.

Although Perry Slingsby Systems is a new name, the former businesses of Perry Tritech and Slingsby Engineering are certainly not new. Indeed, the names Perry and Slingsby are extremely strong brands and synonymous with technical innovation and product leadership in all offshore markets around the world. The joint companies of Perry and Slingsby, now Perry Slingsby Systems, have together developed and manufactured over 300 ROVs and 150 diving and submarine systems of all types over the last 40 years.

Today the Company specializes in the engineering design and manufacture of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) for the international oil and gas, telecom, military, nuclear, and other related markets and is the world leader in this niche business. As an illustration, over 50% of all commercial ROVs used in the offshore industry today have been built by Perry Slingsby Systems.
