We offer bespoke protective solutions, designing and manufacturing
cases and bags in a wide range of materials, including aluminium,
plywood, rotomoulded polyethylene and honeycomb polypropylene. Our
bags come in a wide range of hardwearing textiles. Many of
our cases are tested to tough military specifications MIL-STD-810F
and carry NATO stock numbers.
19” rack cases come fixed or AVM (anti-vibration mounted) with an
extensive choice of options including insulation, compressor or
thermoelectric air conditioning (A/C) units and TEMPEST or EMC
shielding.
PROTECTIVE
CASES
Protective cases are available to meet every challenge of rough
handling and climatic/environmental hazard – in IP ratings from
IP54 to IP65. Produced with practical, innovative features and
optional extras including custom foam cushioning, partitions or

Aluminium Cases
combine light weight with superior strength. They are
widely used both for protection and as attractive
presentation cases for samples and equipment.
Manufactured predominantly in 2mm rigidised aluminium,
our aluminium cases come in two major types: AluWeld
and AluCurve both offering strength and value for

Aluminium Containers
provide strong, rigid,
weatherproof protection coupled with light weight.
They have quality fittings for long life with constant
usage and are spot welded, with rigid rim extrusion
and horizontal stiffening beads for strength.
Weatherproofing is provided by a polyurethane foam
seal.

as offering the complete range, we can customise cases
with sculpted Plastazote foam for your specific
application. These cases exceed the highest standards
for industrial, airline, military and commercial
applications. They are unbreakable and watertight to 9
metres (30 ft) and are unaffected by dents, scratches
or corrosion.

Flight Cases are made to last and have been

ProCase is made from 9mm Finnish Birch Ply glued,
pinned and riveted for durability.Transit T2 is made
from 6mm Finnish Birch Ply with a unique suite of
hardware. The T2 is also available in Honeycombed Poly
Propylene to give a 30% reduction in weight.

CP produces 19 inch racks that can be fitted with compressor or
thermoelectric air conditioning systems or made from
antistatic, flame retardant materials. CP can also
manufacturer 19 inch racks that are EMC and TEMPEST

CP Cases Offers a complete design service for OEM product
protection.In situations where products have to be protected within
specific parameters for multi-trip or operational use, their
designers will provide the optimum value for money solution.
The design office is equipped with Mac and PC hardware,
coupled with powerful software, including Solid Works 2008,
AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop.
CP Cases can work with you, from design concept through
customer user groups, to prototyping and production,
choosing from a variety of processes, including rotomoulding,
blow moulding, injection moulding and vacuum forming in a
wide range of materials.
