Our biggest strengths are in the design and manufacture of tough
polyethylene rotomoulded cases & 19” Racks (Amazon Cases) for use
in extreme conditions and offering the ultimate in case
protection. These cases are tested to tough military
specifications MIL-STD-810F and are rated IP65.
Our rack cases can be fitted with state of the art thermoelectric
air-conditioning systems, EMC and TEMPEST shielding and many other
optional extras.

19" Rack Cases
Whatever the level of protection needed for your 19 inch
electronic equipment CP Cases can manufacture a dependable
rack mount case to meet your application.
CP produces 19” racks that can be fitted with compressor or
thermoelectric air conditioning systems or made from
antistatic, flame retardant materials. CP can also
manufacturer 19 inch racks that are EMC and TEMPEST
shielded.
IP rated from IP54 to IP65, in fixed rack rail or
anti-vibration mount options to withstand maximum shock and
vibration.
19 inch racks are available in standard Unit sizes, with
scores of options or customised to meet your exact
specification.

In situations where products have to be protected within
specific parameters for multi-trip or operational use, their

The design office is equipped with Mac and PC hardware,
coupled with powerful software, including Solid Works 2008,
AutoCAD, InDesign and Photoshop.
CP Cases can work with you, from design concept through
customer user groups, to prototyping and production,

blow moulding, injection moulding and vacuum forming in a
