Outline Navy Structure:


Fleet Headquarters is at Constanta and there is a Frigate Flotilla, an Operational Command Group and a River Flotilla (Danube)

A Kilo class submarine that is held in reserve could be reactivated if funds become available.

Many vessels are believed to be undermanned.

307 Marine Infantry Battalion (Badadag) operates as a Special Forces Unit.
